At Oura Scents, we want you to be completely captivated by your new fragrance; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Secure Your Package
Carefully place the unopened perfume bottle back into its original box and use protective shipping materials to ensure the glass arrives safely.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
